Rimu wine bar’s mulled wine recipe
YOUR WILL NEED:
4 Bottles of Māpua Pinot Noir
5 Cinnamon sticks, 8 Cloves and 6 Star anise
125ml of Brandy
200ml of Maple syrup
1 Orange - zest and juice
A fabulous group of lovely friends or family
METHOD
Simply pop everything (minus the friends) in a slow cooker on AUTO (or on the stovetop on LOW) for 3-4 hours
Remove the cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise before serving
