Gravity Cellars offers a wine journey through New Zealand’s top wine regions here in sunny Tasman. Guests can taste wines from Waimea, Awatere River, Bannock Brae, LV, and Sileni, and learn about our gravity-fed winemaking. A variety of tasting options are available, along with a locally sourced lunch menu to enjoy with a glass of wine and the stunning views.
