KAHURANGI ESTATE

Kahurangi Estate is a family owned boutique vineyard, dedicated to producing hand-made premium quality wines in a truly sustainable manner. Our focus is on aromatic grape varieties that respond well to Nelson's cool-climate conditions. The vineyard was planted in 1973 and is home to the oldest Riesling vines in the South Island.

If you are interested in tasting Kahurangi Wine, we recommend visiting Heaphy Vineyards, located in Upper Moutere.

Heaphy Vineyards is open for wine tastings where they serve our premium Mt Arthur Reserve and Kahurangi Regional Selection. Their cafe also offers a range of platters and woodfired pizzas to enjoy with your wine. Please check their website for cellar door and restaurant opening hours.
