The variety of varieties (😊) being selected and winning awards from this region is wide-ranging - and surprising, quite frankly. I mean, we’re only small, right?

In these diverse landscapes of Nelson Tasman, so many varieties of grape are grown, lovingly cared for and crafted into beautiful, award winning wines.  You can just about sample any variety you want here, from those we’re more well known for (such as, of course, THE newly crowned Champion Sauvignon Blanc!), to emerging varieties with whacky names that require some swirling of the tongue to pronounce.
