Neil Hodgson catches up with Cameron Trott, one of the winemakers at Nelson’s Greenhough Vineyards to find out more about his journey to becoming a winegrower.

Cameron (Cam) may be a winegrower, but he started his working life as a chef after studying microbiology, I think these chef skills help him understand the interaction between fine wine and great food while the microbiology helps him understand what happens in the wine making process.
